Miley Cyrus is shaking her teenage good girl image again in her new sexed-up music video for "Who Owns My Heart". Regardless of all the criticisms she's been given over her new sexy image, the "Hannah Montana" star continues showing her fully developed side in this newly debuted video.

The 17-year-old artist revealed to MTV that the tune is dealing with "freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back." Miley further stated, "And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.'"
